Bath ingredients work best in an environment free of scum and/or build up.
- Journaling is a great way to track your thoughts. Having bath journal allows you to set intentions, set goals, focus on specific prayers, and revisit at later dates to track progress.
- After bath oils work best on damp skin.. When after bath oils are used on dry skin they will leave an oily residue on skin. We will be the first to admit that no one wants that feeling on their skin. The best way to lock moisture into skin and leave smooth dry skin is too apply to damp moist skin.
