The Salts below are used as the basis to our bath soaks. Take a moment to review how these can affect your body.

  •  Pink Himalayan Salt
    • Himalayan Salt has great benefits when used in your bath soak. The salt helps to calm and soothe skin irritations. It restores PH balance and add healthy minerals to the skin. Himalayan Salt is an anti-inflammatory and acts as a barrier to skin irritants. It has also been used to reduce Eczema symptoms.
  • Epsom Salt
    • Epsom Salt is known to have properties that can ease dry, rough and itchy skin. and exfoliate dead skin cells. Epsom salt baths have been used to assist in promoting circulation and blood pressure. Epsom Salt also has soothing properties to ease eczema and psoriasis symptoms. 
  • Baking Soda
    •  Baking soda aids in regulating PH. Soaking in Baking Soda  can ease the body of pain and tension. It is also a circulation booster.
